Terms and conditions

• This promotion is valid from 16th Oct to 31st Dec 2023 and applies to selected products only.
• Vouchers are given only with purchase of Viessmann water heaters. While stocks last.
• Installation not included for water heaters.
• Customers are required to sign up for the online warranty after purchase to be eligible to claim the NTUC e-vouchers. Invoice number must be provided in the online warranty form. 
• Upon successful sign up, Viessmann Singapore will send an email or SMS containing the e-voucher redemption details within 7 working days from the warranty submission date. 
• The email or SMS will be sent to the email address or mobile phone number provided in the warranty registration form. Viessmann Singapore shall not be liable if the delivery of any redemption email or SMS is unsuccessful due to incorrect email or mobile number provided.
• This Promotion is not available on the Viessmann Flagship Store on Lazada and Shopee.
• Gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other products.
